Export Customers Email Address

Follow these step-by-step instructions to export your customer email list using the QuickFlora POS system:

 Step 1: Log In

  • Log in to the QuickFlora POS system with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Customer Reports

  • On the left-hand menu, go to Reports.
  • Select Customer Reportfrom the available options.

Step 3: Enable Email Filtering

  • Locate the option labeled Email Mandatoryand check this box. This ensures that only customers with email addresses are included in the report.

Step 4: Refresh the Report

  • Click the Refresh Reportbutton to apply the filter and generate the updated customer list.

Step 5: Export the Report

  • Look for the options to CopyExport, or Download the report:
  • Copy: Copies the report to your clipboard for quick pasting into another application.
  • Export/Download: Saves the report in your preferred format (e.g., Excel, CSV).

Tips:

  • Ensure that all required fields, such as email addresses, are included in your report’s settings before exporting.
  • Save the exported file securely and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
